IT Networks Consultant - CCIE Our client, a leading provider of consulting services designed to deliver financial impact through information technology. They are looking for a CCIE Consultant to designs, tests and implements their solutions based on clients business eg: Telecoms Service Provider LAN Routing/Switching, WAN/MAN Switching, Internet Routing, Content Networking, Wireless LANs, Networks & Systems Security, MPLS, QoS, VOIP, TCP/IP Protocol, NetBEUI, IPX/SPX, etc Switched Network Design Routed Protocol Design and Support, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP. Experience Required You will have +5 years plus experience in an IT Infrastructure position with at least 3 years experience within a client facing Telecoms Service Provider role. You need to speak Dutch well, ideally be fluently. BEng/BSc in a relevant discipline A solid understanding of OSS / BSS Methodologies and Principles. An understanding of business and telecommunications operational models such as eTOM and ITIL. Able to travel. Part/Full CCIE qualification preferred however at least 5 years post CCNA and/or CCNP required. My client is looking for a Sales Business Development Executive with an interest in Optical / Photonics or Electronics with a proven track record in successfully securing industry-based contracts. Responsibilities: • Identify and develop the end-user client base within the engineering, automotive, electronics, aerospace, medical, lighting and Industrial sectors primarily within the West Midlands, but additionally within the whole UK. • Develop and promote the Industrial Application Centre facilities to encourage technology transfer and create 1- and 5-day Assist Projects within the laboratory facilities. • Map out opportunities for collaborative working activities with industry leaders, technology organisations and HEIs • Develop events concepts for exhibitions, themed workshops and member meetings Experience: -You will have a strong existing company network and will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar business development role with sales, customer account and project delivery responsibility. -Good sales and business development experience ideally in a technical field or within the optical or electronics industry. -You will be customer-focussed, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach, with high quality communication and team-working skills Able to work effectively on their own initiative. -A valid driving license and own car are required as this is predominantly a field-based role. Qualifications: Educated to a Degree level or equivalent.
