The Person
The successful Technical Business Development Manager will exhibit the following skills and qualifications:
• Possess broad knowledge of industrial control engineering, specifically in relation to control and safety systems in the oil, gas and energy markets
• You will have held a customer facing role within the energy, oil, gas, petrochemical, nuclear or power generation industry. Ideally you would come from a technical / engineering background.
• Previous sales and new business development experience with proven success
• It would be a real bonus to have had experience preparing technical bids and tenders
• Possess exceptional self-discipline, professionalism, time management, communication and all-round commercial skills.
• The ideal candidate will have gravitas and the ability to present and influence business department heads.
